Sunfire L4-138 2.3L DOHC VIN D MFI (1995)
12. Turn both bolts in evenly to avoid cocking the exhaust pipe and binding the bolts. Turn bolts in until fully seated.
13. Radiator outlet pipe to transaxle and oil pan. If equipped with manual transaxle install the exhaust manifold brace.
14. Lower heat shield.
15. Lower vehicle.
16. Exhaust manifold brace to manifold bolt.
17. Tighten the manifold to exhaust pipe nuts to specification. See: Exhaust System/Exhaust Manifold/Service and Repair
18. Upper heat shield.
19. Oxygen sensor connector.
20. Fill radiator with coolant until coolant reaches heater hose coolant outlet then install hose (this assists with complete cylinder block fill) then
continue fill. See: Cooling System/Service and Repair
21. Negative battery cable.
INSPECT
