Fuel Rail: Description and Operation
DESCRIPTION
The Multiport Fuel Injection (MFI) fuel rail assembly is mounted to the cylinder head and performs several functions. It positions the injectors in
the cylinder head, it distributes fuel evenly to the injectors, and it integrates the fuel pressure regulator into the fuel metering system.
