Cooling System Air Bleeder Pipe / Hose: Service and Repair

Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Assembly Replacement 

Removal Procedure 
 

1. Partially drain the cooling system. 

2. Remove exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and shield.

3. Remove the coolant air bleed pipe retaining bolt from the cylinder head and the retaining nut from the exhaust manifold stud.

4. Disconnect the surge tank inlet hose and clamp from the surge tank hose.
