Rear Bumper Reinforcement: Service and Repair

Impact Bar Replacement - Rear Bumper

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear fascia assembly. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Rear Bumper  (See: Rear Bumper Cover / Fascia/Service and Repair/Fascia

Replacement - Rear Bumper) .

2. Remove the energy absorber. Refer to Energy Absorber Replacement - Rear  (See: Rear Bumper Shock Absorber/Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the bolts.
4. Remove the impact bar from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the impact bar to the vehicle.
