Installation Procedure

1. Install the check link to the door frame.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice   in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the nuts to the check link.

Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the check link bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Install the rear door lower speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Rear Door   in Entertainment.
5. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door  (See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
