Exhaust Manifold Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the 3 nuts attaching the exhaust crossover pipe to the left exhaust manifold. 
2. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipe. 

3. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts (2).
4. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield (1).

5. Remove the exhaust manifold nuts (3).
6. Remove the exhaust manifold (2).
7. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (1).
