Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice .

1. Install the wheel speed sensor (2) to the steering knuckle. Secure with 1 bolt.

Tighten the front wheel speed sensor bolt to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

2. Connect the wheel speed wiring harness (1) to the vehicle. Secure with 2 bolts.

Tighten the pigtail harness nut (2) to 8 N.m (71 lb in) and pigtail harness nut (3) to 29 N.m (21 lb ft).

3. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1).
4. Install the wheelhousing. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement  (See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Service and

Repair).

5. Perform Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle  (See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Diagnostic System Check -

Vehicle).
