Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

Cooling Fan Replacement- Electric 

Removal Procedure 

1. Remove the radiator. 
2. Remove two radiator fan mount bolts.
3. Remove the radiator fan with the motor

Installation Procedure 

1. Position the radiator fan with the motor

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install two radiator fan mount bolts.

Tighten the radiator fan bolts to 3.8 Nm (34 inch lbs.).

3. Install the radiator.
