Auxiliary Power Outlet: Removal and Replacement

Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement - 12 Volt

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear floor console . Refer to Console Replacement - Rear Floor  (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and

Repair/Console Replacement - Rear Floor) .

2. Turn the socket in a counter clockwise direction.
3. Disengage the tab between the socket and cover.
4. Align the socket with the notch and remove socket assembly.

Installation Procedure

1. Align the socket with the notch on the cover, and push in to install.
2. Install the rear floor console . Refer to Console Replacement - Rear Floor  (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and

Repair/Console Replacement - Rear Floor) .
