3. Engage the rod (6) to the door lock, and install handle frame (4), if removed.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

4. Secure the door handle frame (4) with the torx screw (5), if removed.

Tighten the torx screw to 4.0 N.m (35 lb in).

5. Install the outer door handle, to the door and slide forward.
6. Install the front door lock cylinder. Refer to Lock Cylinder Replacement - Door  (See: Locks/Door Locks/Door Lock Cylinder/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement) .

7. Install the front side door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door. See: Front Door Panel/Service and Repair/Water
