5. Remove the HO2S 2 wiring pigtail and body plug from the floor pan.
6. Remove the HO2S 2 (1) from the exhaust pipe.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: The HO2S 2 comes with an anti-seize coating on the new sensor. Take precautions in order to prevent removal of any of this coating
prior to installation.
1. Install the HO2S 2 (1) into the exhaust pipe.
NOTE: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Tighten the HO2S 2.
Tighten
Tighten the HO2S 2 to 44 N.m (32 lb ft).
3. Install the HO2S 2 wiring pigtail and body plug into the floor pan.
4. Lower the vehicle.
