Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headlining trim finish panel. Refer to Headliner Replacement  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair) in

Interior Trim.

2. Remove the sunroof housing front drain hose clamp.
3. Remove the sunroof housing front drain hose (2) from the sunroof housing (1).
4. Remove the sunroof housing front drain hose (2) from the vehicle, by pulling the hose up through the body hinge pillar panel (3).

5. Remove the body hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Trim Replacement - Hinge Pillar  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and

Repair/Trim Replacement - Hinge Pillar) in Interior Trim.

6. Remove the connector cavity (2) from the lower portion of the body hinge pillar panel (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the sunroof housing front drain hose (2) to the vehicle, by routing the hose down through the body hinge pillar panel (3). 

2. Make sure that the drain hose is in the correctly seated position in the lower portion of the body hinge pillar panel by positioning the hose through

the access hole (1).
