6. Remove the nut (1) and the brake pressure modulator assembly and bracket.
7. Remove 2 nuts and the brake pressure modulator assembly from the bracket.
Installation Procedure
1. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the brake pressure modulator assembly to the bracket. Secure with the 2 nuts.

Tighten the brake modulator assembly nuts to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
2. Install the brake pressure modulator assembly and bracket. Secure with the nut (1).

Tighten the brake modulator bracket nut to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the 2 bolts (2) to the brake pressure modulator bracket (3).

Tighten the brake modulator bracket bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
4. Remove the plugs from the brake pipes and connect the brake pipes to the brake modulator assembly (1).
^
Tighten the brake pipe fittings nuts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
