Vibe FWD L4-1.8L VIN L (2005)
The yellow paint mark is on the hose that is installed to the radiator.
The white paint mark is on the hose that is installed to the transaxle.
Make sure the new hoses are not twisted and/or bent when installed.
Install the new hoses, P/Ns 88974609 and 88974610, as shown above.
Install the spring clamps.
Install the retaining clamp, P/N 88974608, as shown above.
Tighten
Tighten the 10 mm bolt to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
Reinstall the electric cooling fans. Refer to Cooling Fan Replacement - Electric in SI.
Check the automatic transaxle fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Checking Procedure in SI.
Remove the fender covers and close the hood.
Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
Road test the vehicle and verify that the condition has been corrected.
