Vibe FWD L4-2.4L (2009)
Note: Do not tighten the bleeder valve yet. Tighten the bleeder valve after installing the caliper and bleeding the brake system.
1. Install the bleeder valve to the caliper.
2. Install the bleeder valve cap.
3. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the NEW piston seal (2).
4. Install the piston seal into the groove of the piston bore. Verify the seal is not twisted.
5. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the NEW piston boot (1).
6. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the caliper piston.
7. Install the piston boot to the piston.
8. Lubricate the caliper bore and the NEW set ring with Delco Supreme 11 brake fluid, GM P/N 12377967 (Canadian P/N 992667), or an equivalent
DOT 3 brake fluid.
