Vibe FWD L4-2.4L (2009)
Note: The jiggle valve may be set to within 10 degrees on either side of the indicated position.
2. Install the thermostat with the jiggle valve (1) upward.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the water inlet with the 2 nuts (1, 2) and tighten to 9.0 Nm (80 lb in).
4. Connect the radiator hose.
5. Add the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (See: Service and Repair)
6. Inspect for coolant leaks.
7. Inspect the reservoir tank engine coolant level. Refer to Cooling System Leak Testing (See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and
General Diagnostics).
