Tire Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Tire Pressure Indicator Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   (See: Wheels and Tires/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation   (See: Wheels and Tires/Service and

Repair).

3. Separate the top bead of the tire from the wheel. Refer to Tire Dismounting and Mounting   (See: Wheels and Tires/Tires/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement).

4. Remove the tire pressure indicator sensor (4).
