10. Align the match marks (1) on the steering wheel assembly and on the steering main shaft.
11. Install the steering wheel assembly.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
12. Install the steering wheel nut. Tighten the nut to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
13. Connect the connectors to the SIR coil.
14. Install the steering wheel module. Refer to Steering Wheel Inflatable Restraint Module Replacement (See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag
Systems/Air Bag/Service and Repair).
15. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery
Cable/Service and Repair).
