Windshield Washer Pump: Service and Repair

Washer Pump Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the right front lower wheel house panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front

Fender Liner/Service and Repair).

2. Disconnect the washer hose from the front or rear washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

3. Disconnect the front or rear washer pump electrical connector (1).
4. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the front or rear washer pump (2) from the washer solvent container (3).
