Removing microphone for telephone

Removing steering column trim

1. Unscrew the two fastening screws -1- for the steering column trim.
2. Disconnect the electrical plug and remove the upper part of the steering column trim.

Microphone wiring

3. Unclip the microphone and the electrical connector from the steering column trim -A-.

Installing microphone for telephone

Microphone wiring

1. Insert the wiring harness with the microphone into the steering column trim.
2. Position the microphone and connector and clip them into the trim.
3. Position the upper part of the steering column trim back over the steering column, plug in the connector and screw the top part of the trim down

tight with fastening screws.
