Blower Motor Resistor: Procedures

877819 Removing And Installing Blower Regulator

Removing blower regulator

Installation position

1. Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

Releasing electrical connector

2. Release electrical connector and unplug it from blower regulator.

Unscrewing fastening screw

3. Undo fastening screw.
4. Lift blower regulator and detach at the top side.

Installing blower regulator

1. Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

Engage and screw down the blower regulator

2. Engage blower regulator and insert into the heating/air-conditioning unit.
3. Secure the blower regulator with the fastening screw. Anziehdrehmoment 1.0 ftlb.
