- Select vehicle type 911 (996) and instrument cluster control module
- Select menu item "PSM"
- Select the respective menu item with / without PSM and code with [F8] key

Air conditioning
Under this menu item, it is possible to code the instrument cluster after replacing the instrument cluster or retrofitting an
air conditioning system.
- Connect the Porsche System Tester II No. 9588, switch on the ignition and start the automatic control module search

Activate instrument
This menu item enables the instrument
cluster
cluster to be activated or deactivated. The deactivated instrument cluster is set to the low-current mode (production
mode) and can be automatically activated under the menu item "Vehicle hand-over".
