3. Loosen the fastening screw while a second person helps by countering with the special tool holding wrench 9732.
4. Unscrew fastening screw and remove vibration damper -watch the friction washer between the damper and the crankshaft flange.

Removing belt pulley (3.6l) - engine installed 

Note: To release and tighten the belt pulley, a second person must counter with the relevant retaining tool.

1. Position retaining device 9593 and a large torque wrench on the belt pulley and loosen the fastening screw. second person must counter with the

retaining tool.

2. Unscrew fastening screw and remove belt pulley.
