Observe assembly instructions for installing the clutch slave cylinder

2. Insert the clutch slave cylinder and tighten the fastening screws to 23 Nm (17 ftlb.).

Assembly instructions for fitting the clutch slave cylinder:

2.1.

Align the clutch slave cylinder with the drift punch in place -A- so that the upper fastening screw -3- can be fitted. Also open the ventilation
valve if necessary.

2.2.

Position the clutch slave cylinder and fix it in installation position using a drift punch 5 x 120 x 10 mm -A-.

2.3.

Insert lower fastening screw. Then tighten the two fastening screws -3-.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

Information
Check that the clutch line is secure in the holder.

If there is play in the holder, the holder must be replaced!

3. Fit the clutch line to the clutch slave cylinder and clip it into the holder -2-.
3.1.

Clutch line: Screwed version

Installing clutch slave cylinder (screwed clutch line)

3.1.1.

Fit the line -1- on the clutch slave cylinder and clip the line into the holder -2-.

Tightening torque for line: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.).

3.1.2.

Check that the line -1- is secure in the holder -2-.

If there is play in the holder -2-, replace the holder -2-!
