Insert leaf spring in the guides (arrows in Figure 2).

Note:

Silver contact in the middle of the leaf spring must face down.

Install horn button. Engage upper locking tab first, then push in horn button entirely. Make sure all
locking tabs are engaged. Button must move easily in and out without binding.

Connect ohmmeter to horn wire terminal and steering wheel housing (Figure 3).

Reading:

infinite ohms

Push horn button

Reading:

0-5 ohms

Check each button separately.

7.

Reinstall steering wheel.
