Insert short support tube (figure 2, item 7) into the clamping piece (elbow shaped) on the short cross tube, align, and screw into place.

Push holder with the clamping pieces onto the supports. Align holder with the supports and with the bearings on the angle section.

3.5

Insert short support tube into bearing at the angle section and screw into place. Securely screw both clamping pieces (T-shaped) of the long cross
tube onto the supports.

3.6

Check to ensure that all screw connections are tight, and hang the storage baskets (figure 2, item, 8) at the sides of the cart frame.

Hang and Remove the Hardtop/Windstop Into the Holder

4.1

Hang and remove the hardtop.

The hardtop can be damaged if the storage system is used improperly.

Always have another person help to hang the hardtop in the holder. Check to ensure that the hardtop is securely and correctly seated on the support
points on the holder.

When lifting the hardtop to push the intermediate pieces onto both centering pins, ensure that the hardtop locking levers do not slip out of the plastic
forks on the long cross tube.

Lock both lockable casters of the cart when it is located on an incline, and additionally secure the cart against rolling away when it is loaded.

4.1.1 Position the hardtop in front of the holder as shown in figure 5. Insert pins of the hardtop locking levers into the plastic forks (figure 5, arrow A).

4.1.2 Push intermediate pieces onto the hardtop centering pins (figure 5, enlarged view).

4.1.3 Lift the hardtop slightly and insert the intermediate pieces into the bores provided for this purpose on the short cross tube (figure 5, arrow B).

Check whether the hardtop is securely and correctly seated in the holder.

4.1.4 When removing the hardtop, lift it slightly and remove the intermediate pieces. Remove hardtop from the holder and fit it on the vehicle as

described in the Driver's manual.

Hang and Remove Windstop

4.2.1 Unfold the windstop and with the locking pins pointing to the connector tube, place it on the short tube.
