704119 Removing And Installing Floor Covering

Preliminary work

1. Remove front seat at right and left.
2. Remove rear side trim panel at left and right.
3. Remove inner door sill trim on the right and left.
4. Remove front side-section trim panel (driver's side).
5. Remove footrest.
6. Remove accelerator pedal.
7. Remove gearshift bracket.
8. Remove parking-brake lever.

Removing floor covering

1. Detach floor covering -1- in the area around the bottom of the A-pillar (passenger's side) -Arrow A-.

2. Detach Velcro fasteners around the centre tunnel.
