Ensure that the radiator is seated correctly in the lateral guide and the lower bores.
Fit washers and sheetmetal clips on the lower fastening pins for the radiator so that the sheetmetal clips engage correctly in the pins -arrows-.

Connect both coolant hoses to the connection pieces on the radiator.

To do this, slide the coolant hoses onto the connection pieces and secure with spring-band clamps -arrows-.

1.4.

Secure the hose holder.

Screw in and tighten external Torx(R) screw (E10, M6 x 16) -arrow- on the hose holder.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

2. Install left radiator module.

2.1.

Insert the left radiator module -4- and fit and tighten two hexagon-head bolts (M8 x 25) -3-.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
