If the lower part of the hand sender requires replacement, the key, if undamaged, must be removed and transferred to the new part. Before attempting to
remove the key, study the drawing in figure 1.

Key Removal:

Move the key to the fully open position.

With a small screwdriver (1.4 mm), lever the cap (1) out of the rotating disc at arrow A in the direction of arrow B. Be careful not to damage the
opening for the cap.

Remove the spring (2).

Use a small screwdriver to disengage the pin (3) outward from the notch in the key (5). The pin does not need to be fully removed from the rotating
disc. Afterward, remove the key. The pin must disengage the notch in the key (5) before the key can be pulled out. Do not attempt to pull the key out
before the pin (3) has moved outward.

Key Installation:

If the key is being transferred to an assembled new lower housing, no dissassembly of the new lower housing is required. Press the key into the
rotating disc until the pin engages the notch in the key.

If a replacement key is being installed into an old housing, reassemble the spring and cap into the rotating disc. Be certain the spring enters the recess
in the pin. Press the key into the rotating disc until the pin engages the notch in the key.
