Cause: A small clearance (play) is present between the cushion carrier and the seat frame in the center of the seat frame. When a load is applied,
the cushion carrier and the seat frame come into contact.

Repair: Affix a self-adhesive felt strip in the center on both the right and left seat frames (arrow, figure 5). To do so, cut the felt strip to a length of
150 mm. Affix at a distance of approximately 180 mm from the front edge of the seat frame.

Clicking noise at the lowest seat setting.

Cause: if the seat height is set to the lowest position at the rear, the seat frame come into contact with the seat rail fastening screws located on the
door side of the seat when subjected to load (arrow, figure 6).

Repair: Affix a felt strip to both of the rear seat rail fastening screws on the door side (arrow, figure 6). To do so, cut the felt strip to a length of
approximately 50 mm.
