8. Disconnect steering pressure line. Turn at threaded part -A- when loosening. When doing so, counter at plug-in coupling -B-.
9. Loosen M8 screws and M6 screw -arrows-. Pull out (remove) hydraulic pump from the bracket (bracket spare part designation).
Installing hydraulic pump (engine installed)
Caution:
In manual transmission vehicles there is a risk of the clutch lines fracturing (due to vibration) if they are not fixed by the clip (on the
reservoir).

Make sure that the clip and the pressure lines in the clip sit perfectly.
-> Emerging Pentosin can ignite through contact with the hot exhaust system.
When replacing the hydraulic pump, convert or replace the following parts:

Short pressure line (adapter) to hydraulic pump (tightening torque, 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)).

Support to hydraulic pump.

On the 911 Turbo with manual transmission, the connecting line for reservoir/hydraulic pump.
1. Insert hydraulic pump, put in installation position, and tighten the fastening screws -arrows-. Tightening torque M8 = 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)/M6 = 10
Nm (7.5 ftlb.).
