Removing ATF Filter

Removing ATF filter 

1. Remove underbody panels, rear and center.

2. Remove cross member.
3. Disengage cable at the retaining clips of the ATF pan.
4. Place oil collection pan under the transmission.

5. Unscrew drain plug -A- and drain ATF.

Note:

Without ATF, the engine must not be started and the vehicle must not be towed.

6. Remove ATF pan (loosen screws crosswise).
