Removing Clutch

Removing clutch 

1. Remove transmission.

2. Position the toothed segment P201b -A- on the stud and undo the pan-head screws in several stages and in diametrically opposite sequence, to

avoid deforming the thrust plate.

Installing Clutch

Installing clutch 

1. Fit drive plate with centering mandrel, special tools centering mandrel 9102 in the guide bearing (needle bush).

2. Fit thrust plate. To do so, position the special tool toothed segment P201b -A- on the stud and tighten the pan-head screws in several stages and in

diametrically opposite sequence.
Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.)

3. Remove the special tool centering mandrel 9102.
4. Remove the special tool toothed segment P201 b.
5. Refit transmission.
