For certain Model Year 85 vehicles, before VIN 920 FS 860142, it is possible that the firing order label may be incorrect and if spark plug wires are
installed as indicated, the engine will not start.
The part number printed on the correct label is 928.006.105.03. Incorrect labels (928.006.105.02) should be replaced.
Furthermore, on all vehicles the cylinder numbers imprinted on the distributor caps are incorrect. The illustration below shows the correct placement of
spark plug wires into the distributor caps.
