Place a black paint dot on the air flow sensor (arrow Fig. A) to signity completion of repair.

General Information:

When removing air flow sensor bolts that are secured with LOCTITE 270, apply a heat gun to the area of the
bolt threads to soften the LOCTITE.

Threaded surfaces of bolts and sensor must be clean and dry before applying LOCTITE 270.

The use of LOCTITE 270 on the air flow sensor mounting bolts applies to all model years of:

924S, 944, 944S, 944 S2 and 944 Turbo
