This bulletin replaces Technical Bulletin Group 6, Number 9301, dated 1-14-93.

Models Affected:
1992 to 1993 Model 968

Concern:
Lifting roof panel may protrude above the roof line on either side.

General Information:
The lifting roof gasket of 1992 968's and some 1993 968's may not allow the lifting roof panel to sit flush with the roof line. The roof gasket and the roof
cut-out have been modified in production beginning August 9, 1992 from VIN:
964 PS 820200

Repair Information:
If normal roof adjustment procedures do not correct the fit in the installed position, then lifting roof gasket Part Number 944 564 114 05 041 should be
installed. This gasket has been modified to allow for slightly more clearance between the sides of the lifting roof and the lifting roof opening.
