Fit brake disc cover and retainer plate (lid). Unless there is a water drain on both sides, fit the water drain (arrow) in the correct position - i.e.
facing downward. 
Use correct tightening torques. 
Brake disc cover = 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lbs.) 
Retainer plate = 37 Nm (27 ft. lbs.)

Press in wheel hub. 
To do this, place the wheel hub on the wheel centering device and press it on the wheel bearing inner race using pressure piece VW 415 A (tool
C).
