Removing ATF Filter
1. Drain ATF.
2. Remove ATF pan. To do so, unscrew the screws crosswise -in overview 5- and remove ATF pan.
3. Remove ATF filter. To do so, unscrew the screws -in overview 9- and pull out filter downwards.
Installing ATF Filter
1. Insert ATF filter and fasten with screws -arrow-.
Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)
NOTE: Thinly coat gasket at suction collar with Vaseline.
2. Clean magnets -in overview 8- and lay them in the seams of the ATF pan. Ensure contact over full area.
3. Fit ATF pan with new seal. Tighten screws -in overview 5- in specified tightening sequence -Figure-.
Tightening torque: 11 Nm (8 ftlb.)
4. Fill in ATF.
