2.6.3 Lift up locking mechanism -->Figure 9 -arrow A- and pull the plug socket -->Figure 9 -1- out of the plug carrier -->Figure 9 -arrow B-.

INFORMATION  Ensure socket contact is seated securely.

2.6.4 Press socket contact of WH/RD line (chamber C4), for example, out of the standard connector housing -->Figure 10 -1- using a

press-out tool and insert it into the connector housing (retrofit kit)

2.7 Insert plug socket -->Figure 11 -1- into plug carrier -Figure 11 -2-.

2.8 Insert connector module C (coding: blue) -->Figure 12 -arrow- from the microphone wire harness into the PCM central connector.
