Disconnect optical waveguide connection point -> Figure 5 -B-.

6.2.2 Remove connection point holder -> Figure 5 -A- from plenum panel using pointed-nose pliers.

Only for vehicles with optical waveguide components in the front luggage compartment:

Pull off protection cap -> Figure 6 -A- on optical waveguide.

Route optical waveguide from optical waveguide Connection point -> Figure 7 -A- along the front panel to the navigation unit installation
position -> Figure 7 -B- and possibly to the amplifier -> Figure 7 -C- or CD changer and secure at this position.

6.5

Secure connection point holder to the front panel and join optical waveguide connection point.

6.6

Only for vehicles with optical waveguide component:

Permanently secure standard optical waveguide. This remains functionless in the vehicle.

6.7

Only for vehicles with Tire Pressure Monitoring control unit:
