5. Make sure that the camshafts are inserted in such a way that the camshaft guide T10068 would fit into the grooves of the camshafts -A-.
6. Position bearing covers. Pay attention to the numbering of the bearing covers and always place the correct bearing covers on the correct camshafts.

The numbers of the bearing covers on the outlet camshaft B are even numbers, counting from the timing chain.

The numbers of the bearing covers on the inlet camshaft A are uneven numbers, counting from the timing chain.

The bearing cover numbers can be read from the inlet side.

Bearing covers no. 7 and 8 are thrust bearings and guide bearings.

The bearing covers have a pointed corner, which must always face outward when installed -arrows-.
