1. Position the belt pulley on the crankshaft stub. Then press the belt pulley slightly in the direction of the engine, while at the same time twisting it

until it slips definitively in the direction of the timing case cover. When doing so, pay attention to the key. --> Key

2. Screw the new central screw into the crankshaft.

3. Block the crankshaft belt pulley using an arm bracket and tighten the central screw (a/f 27) to the specified tightening torque. For torque-angle

screws, use the torque angle torque key NR.88 (or a mechanical angle disc for torque-angle threaded joints NR.88-1). Attach the magnetic foot to
a metal part and set the scale by turning the pointer to 0. Initial tightening: 74 ft-lb. Final tightening: 90°
