Removing and installing control unit for ParkAssist

Preliminary work

1. Remove side trim panel for rear left luggage compartment.

Removing control unit for ParkAssist

INFORMATION:

The control unit for ParkAssist is located in the luggage compartment behind the left side trim panel.

Only for vehicles without auxiliary air conditioner.

Unscrew fastening screws -1- and remove package box -2- ( -arrow- ).

1. Loosen cover.

1.1. Pull out expanding pins -1- ( -arrows A- ).

1.2. Pull off cover -2- on body flange -arrow B- and remove it -arrow C-.
