Notice: 
Incorrect handling of pulley
 

Risk of damage to pulley

The pulley is sensitive to impact. Do not prise off the pulley with a screwdriver.

 -

Do not re-use a damaged pulley.

1. Clean sealing surfaces. Mount new sheetmetal seal on the coolant pump. Slide the new sheetmetal seal over the dowel pins.

2. Tighten the eight fastening screws.  - Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) Mount the sheetmetal holder for the cable duct using the two upper

fastening screws.
