Remove tensioner and holder assembly from support plate, then mount on engine block ensuring dowel (B) engages slot (D) in tensioner shaft and
free end of spring (F) is in hole (C) in block, Figs. 18 and 19.

Tighten tensioner bolt, then remove holding fixture.

9.

Install timing cover as outlined.
