See Fig. 18 for proper assembly of the nylon spacers for automatic transmission and Fig. 19 for manual transmission.

Note:

do not remove the pin from the clutch pedal as this will require the clutch adjuster mechanism to be reassembled. If the adjuster mechanism becomes
disengaged from the pivot pin, assemble the clutch pedal and install the pivot pin, then reattach the clutch cable.

K.  Final Reassembly

1.

Reattach the master cylinder push rod to the brake pedal with the pin and nylon bushing. Use the supplied cotter pin to lock the pin in place.

2.

Reinstall the left air conditioning duct.
