Oxygen Sensor: Service and Repair
Bosch LU Electronic Fuel Injection
1.
Disconnect electrical connector.
2.
Using flare head crow foot wrench or equivalent, remove oxygen sensor from exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe adapter.
3.
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Apply suitable antiseize sealer to threads only of sensor.
b. Hand start sensor into adapter.
c. Torque sensor to 28-34 ft. lbs.
