Canister Purge Solenoid: Service and Repair
Renix Throttle Body Fuel Injection (TBFI), Late Type System
The solenoids are located on the left front strut rod tower and are replaced as an assembly.
1.
Disconnect vacuum hoses from canister purge and EGR valve solenoids.
2.
Disconnect wire connectors from solenoids.
3.
Remove mounting bracket and solenoids.
4.
Reverse procedure to install.
