Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Testing and Inspection

Remove temperature sensor and replace it with plug to prevent coolant loss.

After waiting at least 10 minutes, measure resistance of sensor in relation to temperature. At a temperature of 66 to 70°F, resistance should be 2.1k
to 2.9k ohms. At a temperature of 174 to 178°F, resistance should be 250 to 390 ohms.
