Front ABS Wheel Speed Sensor

Front ABS Wheel Speed Sensor 

REMOVAL 

Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
Disconnect the front ABS wheel speed sensor connector located next to the front strut mounting house in engine compartment. Pull the connector out
from grommet hole to tire side.
Remove the bolts which secure the sensor harness to strut.

Remove the bolts which secure the sensor harness to body.

(1) To front ABS wheel speed sensor connector
(2) Bracket
Remove the bolts which secure the front ABS wheel speed sensor to housing, and remove the front ABS wheel speed sensor.

Important:

Be careful not to damage the pole piece located at tip of the sensor and teeth faces during removal.

Do not pull the sensor harness during removal.
